Melissa Downes is a popular media identity, who's graced Queensland's TV screens for the past 15 years.
Currently she's the weekend reader for Nine News, and reports for the News during the week. She has also presented Nine's successful Extra program. Prior to joining Nine, Melissa was a reporter and newsreader for Seven News and also contributed stories to the Great South East program.
Melissa has hosted numerous live TV events such as the prestigious RAQ Australian Fashion Design Awards, an event she presented for four consecutive years.
As well as her work in television, Melissa has a strong commitment to charity. She regularly hosts fundraising events and is an ambassador for a number of charities, including the Down Syndrome Association of Queensland and AEIOU, a charity for Autistic children.

Just thought I would share my story with you. I'm from a small town in Central West NSW called Forbes. Our local shop - Little Extras Lifestyle, started stocking Sanctus Stones and I thought "Oh another gimmick", I hated jewellery and didn't believe in any of that sorta stuff then I started to believe. A few months ago my boss was going through a rough time so I got her a Sanctus Stone to help her out and to help her get through this rough time. She has a had a rough trot and financially the shop had a slump. Since believing in positive energies and wearing her sanctus everyday and night the shop has improved drastically and the whole overview of the shop is positive. Not long after I was feeling a little sad and sorry for myself as my partner has been travelling around a lot & we recently lost someone close to us and since wearing them I have felt so much more positive and empowered.
So really all I wanted to say is thank you. I'm glad I got these for my boss, recommended these and I'm glad she got them for me. It's been so special for us to have these for each other

Its my birthday!!! I just wanted to say how fantastic and beautiful my Love and Light necklace is. I have been looking at the box for so long and finally could see what I had ordered. The packaging is gorgeous and the hand written note was such a lovely thought and much appreciated. I am wearing it today and will have it on when I fly off to Jersey for my holidays next week. The photos of the necklace do not do it justice, the way the light catches the crystals and the engraving on the back of the pendant, absolutely beautiful. Thanks, thanks, thanks. :)
